Production Process
Raw Material Preparation:
Select fresh and ripe Pineapple as the main raw materials. Usually, the Pineapple are required to be free of pests and diseases and have no obvious damage to ensure the quality of the raw materials. The Pineapple enzyme stock solution is formed through natural fermentation for 6 - 12 months.
Drying:
After fermentation is completed, the solid impurities in the fermentation liquid are removed through the filtration method to obtain the liquid containing enzymes. Then, the spray - drying technique is used to transform the liquid into a powder form, which is the Pineapple enzyme powder.
