Production Process
Raw Material Selection: Select passion fruits with high maturity and good quality as raw materials to ensure the quality and flavor of the passion fruit powder.
Juicing: Wash the passion fruits and then squeeze the juice to separate the juice from the pomace.
Filtration and Clarification: Filter the juice through equipment such as a screen filter to remove impurities and residual pulp in it. Then, conduct natural clarification or enzyme-assisted clarification to obtain clarified passion fruit juice.
Concentration: The clarified passion fruit juice can be concentrated by either atmospheric pressure concentration or vacuum concentration methods to increase the concentration of the juice.

Cooling and Packaging: The dried passion fruit powder is rapidly cooled and then packaged. Usually, it is packaged in a sealed manner to prevent moisture absorption and oxidation, which is convenient for storage and sales.
