Juicing Process

Concentration Stage

In this way, the content of solids in the banana juice can be increased, preparing for the subsequent drying steps.

The concentrated banana juice can be dried by spray drying. Spray drying involves spraying the concentrated banana juice into fine mist-like droplets through an atomizer. Under the action of hot air, the water evaporates rapidly and powder is formed.
