Production process
Raw Material Selection: Select nectarines with high ripeness, free from diseases and pests, and of excellent quality as the main raw materials.
Fresh Fruit Washing: Thoroughly wash the selected nectarines to remove surface dirt, pesticide residues and other impurities.
Crushing and Pulping: Remove the pits of the washed and disinfected nectarines, and then crush them into a fine pulp through a crusher or pulper.
Fermentation: Transfer the enzymatically hydrolyzed nectarine pulp into a fermentation tank, inoculate specific microbial strains, and carry out fermentation.
Filtration and Separation: After the fermentation is completed, use filtration equipment to separate solid impurities, microbial cells, etc. from the fermentation broth to obtain a clear nectarine enzyme fermentation broth.
Concentration: Adopt concentration technologies such as vacuum distillation and reverse osmosis to concentrate the nectarine enzyme fermentation broth and increase the concentration of the enzyme.
Drying: Carry out drying treatment on the concentrated nectarine enzyme solution, and use the spray drying process to make it into a powder.
Packaging: Package the dried nectarine enzyme powder. According to different specification requirements, use food-grade packaging materials such as aluminum foil bags, plastic bottles, and cardboard drums for sealed packaging.
