Extraction Methods

It has the advantages of short extraction time and high extraction rate.
• Microwave-Assisted Extraction Method: Utilizing the thermal and non-thermal effects of microwaves, the cells in mulberries are broken, promoting the dissolution of anthocyanins. This method can achieve a relatively high extraction rate in a short time and has low energy consumption.
