Manufacturing Process
Raw material collection: First, select ripe coconuts, because ripe coconuts have plump pulp and abundant coconut water. The collected coconuts should be processed as soon as possible to ensure the freshness of the raw materials.
Juicing and separation: Separate the pulp and coconut water of the coconuts and then juice them respectively. For the pulp part, it may need to be chopped or ground first to better extract the juice. Then, through filtering and other methods, the residue is removed to obtain relatively pure coconut water.
Concentration treatment: The coconut water is concentrated, usually by vacuum concentration. This method can evaporate the water in the coconut water at a relatively low temperature, reduce the loss of nutrients, and increase the concentration of the coconut water at the same time.
Drying process: The concentrated coconut water is then made into powder through spray drying or freeze drying. Spray drying is to spray the concentrated liquid into a mist through a nozzle, and under the action of hot air, the water evaporates rapidly, forming powder.
